We encourage you to make reservations in advance to make certain the preferred treatments or therapists are available. Either a credit card, gift certificate or membership number is required to secure your reservation.
All spa treatments begin at the scheduled time, we ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for check-in. Delayed arrival will interfere with your appointment time and reduce the integrity of the treatment. In consideration of guests, service time will not be extended for late arrivals and full price of service will be expected.
For The Comfort Of Our Guests
Please arrive in comfortable clothing, ready to relax. We recommend that you do not bring jewelry or other valuables with you to the spa. So that all guests may enjoy a pleasant and peaceful spa environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you and that all cell phones and pagers be turned off during your visit.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
The treatments that you select are reserved for you. We ask that you provide at least a 24 hour notice if you will need to change or cancel your appointment. All no show reservations will be a charge of full-service value.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Gift Cards purchased as specific dollar value cannot be used toward gratuity. Gift Cards must be presented before services rendered, otherwise, an alternate form of payment will be expected. Allure European Day Spa is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the Gift Cards.
Series Of Treatments
Series of treatments are non-refundable and cannot be shared.
Gratuities are not included in the value of the service and are at the discretion of the guest.
